Took on operational and financial responsibility during a period of business contraction, helping stabilise cash flow and execution. Led refinancing discussions to secure improved working-capital structures and release excess collateral. Assessed stressed assets, offloaded non-core assets, and repurposed selected machines for rental use to improve liquidity. Reduced machine turnaround time significantly and supported a shift toward higher-value customers to improve margins.
Taanyak Solutions
Building an early-stage venture that helps SMEs replace manual workflows with self-hosted automation and operational systems. Built internal systems for Sri Sundaramuthu Traders that reduced software and hosting costs. Developing monitoring and operational-efficiency workflows for a hospital, and improving work-order visibility and process tracking for an engineering firm.
Kajamuga Agri Firm
Founded a dairy venture from scratch and grew it steadily through word-of-mouth, building a base of 20+ recurring family customers — particularly among households with newborns. Managing production, quality control, customer delivery, and local distribution end to end.

Reduced brake system weight by 30% via topology optimisation for a racing vehicle. Led manipulator and traversal design for a competitive rover, placing 11th nationally in the Indian Rover Challenge. Secured ₹1.2L in sponsorship.

Built an OLX-style web application for the resale of used textile machinery. Full-stack development with Node.js, Express.js, and JavaScript. Implemented authentication, image uploads, search/filter, and deployed on a dedicated server with load balancing and database management.
Designed and deployed an AI-based marketing agent that automated customer outreach and follow-up campaigns. Implemented lead filtering and scoring systems. Increased lead conversion by 18%.
